2007 Mitsubishi CAMPERVAN RWC rdy2go in BAYSWATER, Victoria for sale

Hey, i'm selling my campervan after 3 months of travelling. I bought it in Darwin from a company, so it is regularly serviced and in very good condition.
I made a campervan out of it, and travelled along the east coast, it never let me down.
It's the model with the long wheelbase, sliding doors on both sides and a higher roof.
Comes with ROADWORTHY CERTIFICATE
Things that have been renewed to get the RWC:
-windscreen and wiper blades
-rear brake cylinders
-steering rack ends
-front right lower ball joint
-front left indicator, park light lens
The front break pads have been renewed just 13000km ago,
the tires (+spare tire) are in good conditon
and the aircon works perfect, just like the power steering.
It is equipped for long outback trips:
2 chairs and a table,
a kitchebox with kitchen gear and a gas stove,
3 water cans (15ltr. each),
3 fuel cans (10ltr. each),
brand new spare battery and jumper leads(if you get a flat battery),
good spare tyre and a new tyre foot pump,
folding spade, fishing rod(+tackle box), camping shower, hammock,
spare cover sheets and pillow sheets for the bed,
...and heaps of other useful stuff...
There are 8 milk crates under the bed for lots of storage.
The speakers behind the seats are lose, so you can place them wherever you want while you're camping. The pioneer radio has USB,AUX,Ipod support, and a remote control.
The curtains are costom made, with velcro stripes.
The camping gear can be removed easily, to use the van as a transporter.
