All that is missing is you, the would-be sales representative. The role is a junior business development role which will involve a degree of cold calling. Directly reporting to the Team Manager, the position will focus on developing business relationships among the designated industry wholesalers and installers. The position will require you to establish an extensive network within the industry and manage your client?s expectations. To help you achieve your targets, the company have extensive training programmes and support materials. In addition, the company have clear advancement hierarchy; potentially good sales person will have the opportunity to be promoted to lead their own territory sales.
A Successful candidate needs to possess the following:
?Minimal 1 year experience in a Solar sales role
?Excellent oral and written Communication skills
?Good Problem solving skills
?Eager to expand own client circles, Goal oriented
?Professional and Assertive
?Pervious Sales and customer service experiences
?Love to meet challenges
?Experiences or knowledge in solar module engineering is highly desirable
